Event Project Manager
About The Position
Curated Events is seeking an Event Project Manager to lead on-site installation crews and oversee luxury event setups. The role combines hands-on work with team leadership: guiding crews, representing the company at job sites, and ensuring installations are safe, efficient, on time, and completed to a high standard. Work includes driving, loading, transporting, lifting, building, and setting up rental inventory, with expertise in tenting, flooring, and other large-scale event setups. The position is field-based and involves outdoor installations in varying weather, as well as evenings and weekends when events require them.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with on-site installation work.
- Ability to lift and carry and work in all conditions.
- A licensed driver with a clean driving record and confidence driving company vehicles.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with tents, flooring, or large-scale setups.
- A mentoring approach and interest in helping others grow.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, train, and guide installation crews to deliver seamless installations.
- Represent Curated Events at job sites and provide clients with solutions and confidence.
- Safely load, transport, and set up rental inventory, ensuring it is on time and in good condition.
- Lead tenting, flooring, and luxury event setups.
- Enforce safety, quality, and efficiency standards across projects.
