About The Position

Legends Global is hiring a full-time Events Truck Driver based in Indianapolis, Indiana, to support the Events Team by transporting merchandise to and from client events throughout the United States for approximately 20–30 weeks each year. The role requires a Class A CDL and experience operating diesel-powered tractor-trailer combinations, pickup trucks with gooseneck trailers, tag trailer combinations, and other designated vehicles. The driver will interact with leadership and staff and is expected to represent Legends Global Merchandise professionally, graciously, and knowledgeably. When not traveling out of state, the driver may be required to support the Merchandise location in Indianapolis. Legends Global describes itself as a partner to live events, venues, and brands, offering services across areas including project development, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, content, and booking.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
Ability to drive out of state approximately 20–30 weeks throughout the year; length of stay depends on travel distance and event duration.
Organized, self-motivated team player who can work independently and as part of a group.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating diesel-powered tractor-trailer combinations, pickup trucks with gooseneck trailers, tag trailer combinations, and other vehicles.
Willingness or ability to assist with loading and unloading; this is negotiable.

Responsibilities

Drive and park semi-tractor/trailers, equipment, and other designated vehicles at scheduled events.
Maintain driver logs in accordance with DOT regulations.
Inspect vehicles for defects before and after trips and submit reports on their condition.
Ensure proper care, use, and organization of equipment before, during, and after events.
Maintain, clean, and detail company vehicles.
Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Assist with loading and unloading; this is desired but negotiable.
Follow Legends’ policies and procedures for event personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
