About the position
The Event & Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows and Weave hosted networking events. They will coordinate all logistics and experience elements, create unique experiences for dinners and receptions, and manage budgets. This role will work closely with sales, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to strategize and execute event elements. The Event & Field Marketing Manager must have strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Travel to assigned events and a minimum of 3 years of experience in event or experiential marketing are required.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing marketing events, such as trade shows, Weave hosted networking events, and customer related experiences
- Coordinating all logistics and experience elements for events, including registration, content, catering requirements, exhibit set-ups, revenue tracking, and materials support (pre and post event)
- Creating unique experiences for Weave hosted dinners, cocktail receptions, and networking activations that drive pipeline and ROI
- Forecasting, setting, and measuring goals for owned events
- Managing assigned budgets
- Working proactively and closely with sales on staffing booths effectively
- Procuring and coordinating vendor and facility services
- Working cohesively with their own team, marketing team as a whole, and cross-functionally with key stakeholders to strategize, plan, and execute event elements
- Tracking leads, revenue, and customer acquisition from owned events
- Researching, vetting, and securing event sponsorships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously from a variety of staff and vendors
- Able to travel to assigned Weave hosted networking events and strategic trade shows
- Communicating complex ideas and timelines to diverse audiences and stakeholders to gain consensus
- Excellent interpersonal skills both in person, by phone, and over email with high professionalism
- Building connections to companies and brands through events
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Event, ABM, or Experiential Marketing role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to assigned Weave hosted networking events and strategic trade shows
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and timelines to diverse audiences and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills in person, by phone, and over email with high professionalism
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong connections to companies and brands through events

- Experience working in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Strong writing background
- Previous experience in creating promotional materials and invitations
