The Feed is hiring a seasonal Event Activation Specialist to support its brand presence at endurance sports events nationwide, primarily HYROX competitions and Rock 'n' Roll Running Series events, with opportunities to support other races and brand activations. The position is based in the Denver/Boulder area and is anticipated to continue through June 2027. The role involves domestic travel and hands-on event work, including expo setup and teardown, equipment handling, retail operations, athlete engagement, inventory management, and event logistics. Team members may be deployed individually, in pairs, or as part of a larger event team. Work schedules and hours vary according to event needs; consistent weekly hours are not guaranteed. Assignments may last four to five consecutive days and may include weekends, early mornings, occasional evenings, and shifts of approximately 8–12 hours. The specialist must be able to work proactively and adapt to changing priorities, including during physically demanding event days. In-person training, warehouse preparation, and occasional post-event debriefs take place in Broomfield. The Feed arranges or reimburses approved business travel expenses under company policy. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, energetic, resilient, outgoing, reliable, adaptable, hands-on, and team-oriented, with an interest in the endurance sports community. Attitude, initiative, and coachability are valued over extensive event experience. Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Compensation is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Seasonal employees are eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado law; no additional employee benefits are offered.
