About The Position

The Evening Food & Beverage Attendant supports the hotel’s complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback by preparing and serving food, keeping the kitchen and lobby clean and organized, and ensuring food safety standards and appropriate supply levels. The role focuses on providing courteous, friendly service and an exceptional experience for guests and team members while promoting Drury’s culture of integrity, service, and hospitality. The attendant also answers guest questions about the hotel, local area, and events.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm, friendly communication style that helps create a happy, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and understand written and verbal direction in English.
• Friendly, energetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback and help make it a positive experience for guests.
• Oversee the Kickback, including food preparation and clean-up.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Meet food safety standards and maintain appropriate supply levels.
• Conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service and help ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, local area, and events.
• Promote Drury’s culture of integrity, service, and hospitality with guests and co-workers.
