About The Position
The Evening Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents arriving home. The role focuses on creating positive first impressions, building relationships, personalizing interactions, and helping residents feel at home. The concierge provides assistance, coordinates resident events, helps maintain the community experience, supports social media engagement, and keeps front desk operations organized. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp professional appearance.
- Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Customer-focused mentality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
- Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
- Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
- Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
- Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
- Work evenings or weekends depending on the shift.
