The Evening Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents arriving home. This role focuses on making strong first impressions, building positive relationships, and personalizing interactions so that people feel at home. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM. The role is eligible for additional bonus opportunities and offers a salary range of $23.08 to $24.04 USD.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely, considerate assistance to residents and prospects.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and maintaining a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
Work evenings or weekends depending on the shift.
