About The Position

Bozzuto is seeking a Weekend Evening Concierge to create welcoming first impressions and build positive relationships with prospects and residents. The role focuses on personalizing interactions, providing timely assistance, supporting resident engagement, and helping maintain a well-organized community. Candidates may be considered for opportunities across Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and Reston. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 3 PM to 11 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
An eye for detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring consistently positive experiences and a meticulously cared-for community.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.

Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
