About The Position

Home Instead Pocklington & Brough is seeking caring, reliable and committed people to support older adults to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes. Visits are a minimum of one hour, allowing time to build relationships and provide person-centred care. Care experience is welcome but not required.

Various working patterns are available. Evening shifts run from 4:15 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on three or four set days per week, including alternate Saturdays and Sundays. The role requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle. The advertised rate is £13.15–£13.65 per hour, with paid travel time and mileage. Various contracts are available to suit different lifestyles. All roles are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
