About The Position

The ESL Spot Pack Operator performs team assignments in a dairy production environment, including setting up and operating case-packing equipment and changing the coder. The operator supplies the equipment with cardboard, film, and glue; cuts off products for changeovers; records total case counts; breaks down cardboard; gathers samples for the lab; and checks and cleans the air filter. Responsibilities also include maintaining housekeeping. At leadership’s discretion, the operator may assist with training new associates and may perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Perform all team assignments.
Maintain housekeeping.

Benefits

Holiday bonus: 15 hours of pay in the first year of continuous employment, one week’s pay in the second year, and two weeks’ pay in subsequent years, subject to remaining employed through the bonus check’s issue date.
Weekend differential of $2.00 per hour for hours worked from 12:00 a.m. Saturday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
