About The Position

The ESL Spot Pack Operator performs team assignments in a dairy operation, including setting up and operating case-packing equipment and changing coder settings. The role involves supplying the equipment with cardboard, film, and glue; cutting off products for changeovers; recording total case counts; breaking down cardboard; gathering samples for laboratory testing; and checking and cleaning air filters. The operator may also assist with training new associates at leadership’s discretion and perform other duties as assigned. The position requires safe, productive work in a fast-paced environment, following detailed instructions, working effectively with others, and maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality. Operators must be able to work with little or no supervision and be willing to assist team members in other areas.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Demonstrate safe work habits.
Frequently lift more than 50 pounds.
