ERP Systems Analyst

Anduril•Costa Mesa, CA
•Onsite

About The Position

The ERP Systems Analyst owns hands-on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across Anduril’s ERP project portfolio. The role supports the implementation lifecycle, including onsite discovery, fit/gap analysis, system builds and configuration, data conversion, test execution, Go-Live, and Hypercare support. The analyst helps new sites and business units operate in Anduril’s enterprise systems from day one. The position works across Oracle Fusion ERP—including procurement, inventory, order management, and finance/accounting—and connected systems such as Teamcenter, Forge, MRPSpeed, and Salesforce. It requires working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, agile delivery environment, coordinating cross-functional teams and improving reusable implementation processes, templates, documentation, and training materials. The role requires full-time onsite work at the primary office and travel of up to 50%, including domestic and international travel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on ERP experience, including configuration, data conversion and loading, and troubleshooting; Oracle Fusion is preferred, while NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems are accepted.
  • Demonstrated data migration experience, including source data extraction, target template mapping, data quality validation, and load coordination.
  • Strong understanding of legal entity and intercompany transaction design.
  • Proven ability to work in agile, sprint-based delivery environments; comfortable writing user stories, tracking work in Airtable, Jira, or equivalent tools, and iterating quickly.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work with accounting, legal, operations, engineering, and ERP development teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including domestically and internationally, for discovery, onboarding, testing, and Go-Live support.
  • United States Person status is required because of access to export-controlled data.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time at the primary office location.

Nice To Haves

  • ERP integration program or rapid deployment experience; this is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of one or more ERP workstreams, such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, or Design to Build.
  • Experience configuring new legal entities in Oracle Fusion; this is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with connected enterprise tools such as Teamcenter/PLM, Salesforce, or Odoo.
  • Prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm in an ERP implementation practice.
  • Aerospace and Defense, complex manufacturing, or government contracting industry background.
  • Experience creating reusable enablement materials, such as training videos, standard operating procedures, and how-to guides for ERP users.
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration data conversion: extract source data, map it to Oracle templates, establish business rules for undefined fields, validate data quality, and use AI tools to reduce manual work and create repeatable processes.
  • Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new business units, translating operational, accounting, and legal requirements into application design decisions.
  • Configure new Oracle legal entities across Design to Build (DTB), Warehouse/Inventory Operations (WMS), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Projects to Close (PTC), and Record to Report (RTR).
  • Plan and execute testing cycles, build and run test cases, resolve defects, and drive root cause analysis and resolution with satellite system teams.
  • Travel to company locations to lead discovery sessions and demonstrations, provide hands-on ERP training, and support Go-Live and Hypercare.
  • Work with program management and enablement teams to develop and maintain standardized data templates, integration procedures, and reusable training materials.
  • Coordinate configuration changes and test dependencies with teams responsible for connected systems, including Teamcenter/PLM, Forge/MES, Salesforce, and WMS.
  • Deliver work in an agile, sprint-based model, meet milestones, surface blockers early, and keep integration programs moving.
  • Maintain ERP knowledge base materials, including design decisions, configuration documentation, and lessons learned in Airtable and Quip.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers.
  • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package available at little to no cost to employees.
