  • Maintain and govern customer accounts, ship-to locations, terms, territories, sales representatives, and related master data across systems.
  • Support rebate, commission, and promotional program processes, including reporting and system setup.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards for bookings, backlog, order securement, pricing performance, and threats to on-time and complete shipments.
  • Support invoicing, cash application, credit management, and collections workflows using standard ERP functionality, including bank file imports.
  • Support vendor invoice processing, three-way matching, payments, and vendor file imports; partner with Purchasing and Manufacturing on scenarios such as consignment inventory.
  • Support general ledger, month-end close, product costing, inventory valuation, and work-in-process reconciliation in partnership with Accounting.

  • Configure, test, document, and support ERP functionality across Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Develop and enhance reports, queries, dashboards, and KPIs; use SQL and ERP data to analyze issues, validate results, and support business decisions.
  • Support migration of legacy Query/400 reports to native SQL and BI.
  • Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of ERP integrations and automation, including APIs, EDI, file-based interfaces, and workflow automation.
  • Develop or support custom reports, interfaces, scripts, and system enhancements.
  • Create test scenarios, coordinate unit and user acceptance testing, validate configuration, data, and integrations, and support deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, SOPs, support materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation; provide user guidance and training as needed.
  • Take end-to-end ownership from requirements and solution design through implementation, adoption, and post-deployment stabilization.
