About The Position

The ERP Support Specialist provides day-to-day support, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. The role is the primary support resource for ERP users across the organization and collaborates with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and IT to support effective system use. The specialist provides first- and second-level user support, resolves ERP issues, documents solutions, and helps users follow system best practices. The role also supports business processes, reporting and analytics, UI customizations, workflows, integrations, and ERP data quality. It contributes to system improvements, upgrades, testing, implementation projects, training, and user adoption initiatives. This is an onsite position in Winsted, Minnesota, scheduled Monday through Friday during business hours. The listed pay range is $32.60–$38.86 per hour, with an incentive bonus opportunity. The role is non-exempt.

Requirements

At least 2 years of ERP support, business systems support, or application support experience.
Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP.
Reporting and analytical skills.
BAQ development experience.
Fundamental SQL query skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field; other combinations of formal training and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level support for Epicor Kinetic ERP users.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues; analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Escalate complex issues to internal IT resources, Epicor support, or third-party consultants as needed.
Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Help users understand ERP functionality and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system utilization and automation.
Work with department leaders and analysts to gather reporting requirements and support data analysis and operational decision-making.
Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials; conduct ERP training for new and existing employees.
Support user adoption initiatives during system changes and upgrades.
Promote standard business processes and ERP best practices.
Gather and document business requirements for system improvements.
Assist in testing new functionality, configurations, and upgrades; participate in ERP implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support UI customizations and workflow improvements.
Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting ERP integrations and support data exchanges between the ERP and other business applications.
Participate in testing integration enhancements and updates.
Assist with maintaining accurate ERP data; support data imports and cleanup using Epicor tools such as DMT; perform data validation and auditing as assigned.
