About The Position

Kemin Industries, Inc. is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to work in its Des Moines, Iowa office. The role provides highly specialized support for Infor M3 ERP system applications and requires continuous troubleshooting and analysis using Power BI, Power Query, SSAS, and SSRS tools.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field, plus two years of work experience in an information technology system support position meeting the specified Infor M3 requirements. The employer will accept a foreign degree or diploma, work experience, or a combination equivalent to the required U.S. bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or a foreign degree/diploma, work experience, or combination equivalent to the required U.S. bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of work experience in an information technology system support position.
• Experience working with the Infor M3 ERP system.
• Experience providing Infor M3 ERP application support to end users, including identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving application and integration issues.
• Experience implementing Infor M3 ERP system upgrades and modifications, customization and integration, and process improvement and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialized support for Infor M3 ERP system applications.
• Continuously troubleshoot and analyze ERP system issues using Power BI, Power Query, SSAS, and SSRS tools.
• Provide Infor M3 ERP application support to end users, including identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving application and integration issues.
• Implement Infor M3 ERP system upgrades and modifications, customization and integration, and process improvement and maintenance.
