About The Position

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning facility areas in accordance with the expectations of the center’s leadership team. The role supports safety, sanitation, patient experience, and efficient use of supplies and resources.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
At least 1 year of housekeeping or service-related experience.

Responsibilities

Follow safety and sanitation expectations.
Maintain Environmental Services uniform and personal appearance standards.
Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
Collaborate with leadership to recommend patient experience improvements.
Identify areas that are under-serviced or unserviced and determine how services can be provided.
Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the center.
Use supplies and resources correctly to eliminate waste.
