About The Position

ClinDCast is seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims Analyst for a 12-month contract. This fully remote role supports claims processing, billing workflows, system configuration, testing, and production support. The analyst will work with billing and revenue cycle teams and business stakeholders to resolve claims issues and improve processing efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB.
• Strong knowledge of professional billing and claims processing workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting claim rejections, denials, and billing errors.
• Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Active Epic Resolute PB certification is preferred or may be required based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Epic Resolute PB claims processing workflows.
• Troubleshoot claim errors, rejections, denials, and billing issues.
• Work on claim edits, claim submission, and claims resolution.
• Support professional billing, charge review, and reimbursement workflows.
• Analyze claims-related issues and coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams.
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve claims processing efficiency.
