About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Claims Analyst to support claims processing, billing workflows, system configuration, testing, and production support. This is a 12-month contract role that is fully remote.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute PB.
• Strong knowledge of professional billing and claims processing workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting claim rejections, denials, and billing errors.
• Experience with Epic configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Active Epic Resolute PB certification; preferred or required based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Epic Resolute PB claims processing workflows.
• Troubleshoot claim errors, rejections, denials, and billing issues.
• Work on claim edits, claim submission, and claims resolution.
• Support professional billing, charge review, and reimbursement workflows.
• Analyze claims-related issues and coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams.
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve claims processing efficiency.
