Epic Clinical Associate Manager or Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-14 years of experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Clinical Leader role.
- Experience and certification in at least one of Epic's clinical applications (EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant, etc.).
- Experience working with requirement gathering from Clinical leadership.
- Bilingual (English/French) is not required, but English is required for this position.
- Ability to interact regularly with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic.
- Program or Project Management Experience.
- Experience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership.
- Experience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects.
- Experience with people management and adherence to business standards.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the collaboration of multiple teams (Accenture, software vendor, and client) in various areas.
- Supporting the internal growth and development of the ATC's Epic Team.
- Creating detailed project plans and driving them through status calls and individual updates.
- Assisting with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
- Identifying and defining detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Assigning resources to projects based on skill and mastery.
- Providing input into high-level functional specifications.
- Participating in quality management reviews of design and performance to ensure requirements are met.
- Performing or advising on system configuration and integration setup, and assisting with testing activities.
- Serving as an intermediary with the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support mutual understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities and limitations.
- Assisting in the development and documentation of data requests and source-to-target mapping.
- Other duties as assigned, which may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
