About The Position

UCHealth is hiring an Epic Charging Analyst. Candidates will be considered at either the Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst Sr level. The role performs analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT systems and supports their planning, design, development, installation, testing, and troubleshooting. It also analyzes system usage and return on investment, generates requested reports (including specifications for custom reports), and provides end-user training and support. The senior level performs these functions at an advanced level and recommends, designs, and builds measures to prevent recurring end-user issues. The position is based at UCHealth's administrative location in Aurora, Colorado. It may be performed 100% from home, but the employee must reside in Colorado. Travel among UCHealth locations may be required. The role is full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period, on a day shift. Pay depends on relevant experience: the Systems Analyst level pays $37.04–$55.57 per hour, and the Systems Analyst Sr level pays $45.38–$68.07 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
For the Systems Analyst level: 2 years of relevant experience.
For the Systems Analyst Sr level: 4 years of relevant experience.
Must reside in Colorado.

Responsibilities

Analyze the daily use and administration of assigned IT systems.
Assist with the planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems; at the senior level, assist with visioning as well.
Test and troubleshoot existing and proposed assigned systems.
Analyze the usage and return on investment of installed and proposed systems, at an advanced level for the senior role.
Generate requested reports, including writing specifications for custom reports.
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to end users, at an advanced level for the senior role.
Document end-user issues and recommend steps to prevent recurrence; at the senior level, recommend, design, and build those steps.
