About The Position
Seeking an experienced Epic Cadence & Cheers Analyst to support healthcare IT projects and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Cheers CRM, campaign execution, workflow optimization, and Cadence support in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience as an Epic Cadence Analyst
- Prior implementation experience with Epic Cheers or Tapestry CRM
- Hands-on campaign management experience in Cheers CRM
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Epic Cadence
- Epic Cheers CRM / Tapestry CRM
- Experience building and managing campaigns in Cheers
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Epic Cadence and Cheers CRM workflows
- Build, execute, and maintain campaigns in Cheers CRM
- Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Troubleshoot issues and support workflow improvements
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams
- Assist with testing, configuration, and end-user support
