Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Epic certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide ongoing support for specific Epic IT solutions, ensuring seamless operation and optimal functionality.
• Analyze and document complex use cases and workflows, making independent decisions on optimal technical approaches and system configuration.
• Configure, test, install, and maintain Epic applications, translating functional requirements into system build.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex application-related issues, applying established guidelines and prior experience.
• Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions that meet business needs, support process design initiatives, and promote effective system utilization.
• Participate in testing and validation of system upgrades and support ongoing system optimization efforts.
• Conduct thorough testing of system changes to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to daily operations.
