About The Position
The Environmental Services Operations Manager leads cleaning personnel on an assigned shift and maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hospital. The role coordinates shift activities with other hospital departments and assists the Assistant Director in maintaining housekeeping quality within established performance standards. The manager keeps leadership informed about staffing and cleanliness in assigned areas and trains, supervises, and motivates department personnel to ensure schedules are covered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of healthcare or hotel housekeeping experience.
