About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer to join Southwind’s Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face customer service and sales with hands-on work completing jobs. Team members provide pricing and close sales on the spot, then work with the team to safely handle and load items. The position is active and primarily outdoors, with performance-based earnings and potential advancement into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Full-time availability, five days per week, including four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.
