About The Position

Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face customer service and sales with hands-on junk removal work. Team members provide pricing, close sales on the spot, and work with a crew to complete jobs. It is suited to someone with sales experience who wants an active, outdoor role where earnings are based partly on performance. Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Full-time availability, working five days per week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.
