About The Position

Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face sales and customer service with hands-on work completing jobs. Team members provide pricing, close sales on the spot, and work with a team to deliver service. The position is active and outdoors, with performance-based earnings and opportunities for advancement, including possible promotions within two to three months and growth into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 or more pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Full-time availability five days per week, including four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.
