About The Position
Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face sales and customer service with physical labor. Team members provide pricing and close sales on the spot, then work with the team to complete jobs. The position is suited to someone with sales experience who wants active, outdoor work and performance-based earnings. The company describes the work as varied, high-energy, and team-oriented, with possible performance-based promotion within 2–3 months and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. The listed average pay is $24–$27 per hour, comprising $11 plus profit share and tips. Full-time availability is required, with five workdays per week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday. Requirements
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be 21 or older.
