About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring an Entry Level Sales & Laborer to join its Field Sales & Service Team. The role combines face-to-face customer service and sales with hands-on work completing jobs. Team members provide pricing and close sales on the spot, then work with a crew to safely remove and load items. The position is active and primarily outdoors, with performance-based earnings and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in various conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Full-time availability, working five days per week: four weekdays and either Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on every job.
• Provide pricing to customers and close sales on the spot.
• Safely lift, carry, and load items into trucks.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
