About The Position

True North Group is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Agent for an outside sales role serving a local territory. The agent works face-to-face with small business owners and employees to present supplemental benefit packages, help people choose coverage, and provide follow-up support. The role offers training, mentorship, commission and bonus opportunities, and potential paths into leadership and training. Sales experience is not required; the company is seeking energetic, coachable people who are motivated to learn and grow. The successful candidate must be willing to obtain a Health & Life insurance license within 30 days; licensing fees are reimbursed and preparation support is provided.
