About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join the Domino’s Pizza team. This role is suited to someone looking to advance a hospitality career. The manager oversees daily restaurant operations, manages staff, and works to ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience. A progressive training program in a dynamic environment prepares the employee for a management career. The role also includes general team member duties, such as operating restaurant equipment, managing inventory, preparing products, handling telephone orders, conducting inventory checks, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment.

Requirements

One year of management experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Comply with image standards.
Ability to manage various tasks, work independently or with a team, work under stress, and adhere to strict quality standards.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; make adjustments and follow up as needed.

Operate all restaurant equipment.
Manage inventory from delivery through storage and preparation areas.

Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
