About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience. The role includes a progressive training program in a dynamic environment to prepare the successful candidate for a management career. The manager also performs general team member duties, including operating restaurant equipment, managing inventory, preparing products, handling telephone orders, conducting inventory checks, completing paperwork, and maintaining facility and equipment cleanliness.

Requirements

One year of management experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Comply with image standards.
Ability to manage various tasks, work independently or with a team, work under stress, and adhere to strict quality standards.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
Represent and enhance the Domino’s brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication.
Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor, making adjustments and following up as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Train team members effectively.
Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
Motivate staff and lead by example.
Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets according to company guidelines.
Operate all restaurant equipment.
Manage inventory from delivery through storage and preparation areas.
Prepare products and handle telephone orders.
Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
