About The Position

Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full-time and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Chesapeake, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The company offers free Personal Care Aide certification training to applicants who are not yet certified. Schedules may include day, night, or weekend shifts and can be arranged around the caregiver’s availability. Nurses are available to support caregivers, and ongoing paid training is offered.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Provide two professional references.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals during shifts.
• Keep the client’s space clean and comfortable.
• Notify the office if anything changes with the client.
