Entry-Level Caregiver / PCA (No Experience Necessary)

About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Norfolk, Virginia, and surrounding communities. The role supports aging adults with daily routines and helps maintain a clean, comfortable home environment. Applicants who are not yet certified can receive free Personal Care Aide training and certification. The company offers schedules built around caregivers’ availability, including day, night, and weekend shifts, as well as ongoing paid training and support from nearby nurses.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and dependable attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals during shifts.
- Keep the client's space clean and comfortable.
- Inform the office if anything changes with the client.
