Entry-level Auto Technician

About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Entry-Level Auto Technician to perform light maintenance and fluid checks and/or conduct initial inspections of vehicles to identify imperfections or repairs needed during the reconditioning process. The role is based in one of Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers and uses state-of-the-art tools. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
Able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Able to work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
