About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role focuses on light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial inspections to identify vehicle imperfections or repairs needed during reconditioning. Entry-level employees receive training programs intended to help their skills and pay progress with the company. The position requires at least six months of professional automotive repair experience and the ability to work mandatory overtime when business needs require it.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, with possible exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments or equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
