Both roles require an enthusiastic, adaptable approach to creating positive experiences for fans in a fast-paced stadium setting. Work takes place indoors and outdoors and involves frequent interaction with fans, sponsors, and staff. Employees must be available for all Durham Bulls home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be flexible for pre-game setup, in-game work, and post-game teardown. A pre-employment drug screening is required.
