About The Position

As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping RTB House’s position in the US digital advertising market. Your mission will be to demonstrate the value of our innovative products, cultivate trusted relationships with clients, and drive growth through proactive sales efforts. You will be a key contributor to building and scaling our US presence. RTB House is a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands and agencies worldwide. Its proprietary ad-buying engine is the first in the world to be powered entirely by Deep Learning algorithms, enabling advertisers to generate outstanding results and reach their goals at every stage of the funnel. Our US team consists of over 75 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales within the retail, or e-commerce online sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Highly analytical person with the proven track record of selling in a consultative style.
  • Strong influencer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing and RTB model will be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Convert assigned sales opportunities into RTB House customers.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Maintain consistent communications with prospects through phone, email, and other channels, following established processes.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships at all levels of their organization.
  • Conduct in-depth research and develop tailored, strategic business plans for each assigned account.
  • Prepare and deliver formal proposals to potential clients.
  • Regularly update the CRM with the status of activities for both existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and account management to help grow and retain strategic clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer relationship management, driving satisfaction and engagement.
  • Continually enhance your professional and technical expertise by attending regular training and development sessions.
  • Travel up to 20% domestically for client meetings, conferences, and industry events to support business development and build strong client relationships.
