About The Position

The Dun & Bradstreet Enterprise Sales Development Program is an onsite, rotational program designed to develop early-career sales talent over 12–18 months. Participants receive hands-on experience through structured rotations across Sales and Post-Sales functions, exposure to company systems, products, and sales processes, and real business responsibilities from day one. Mentorship, targeted training, performance feedback, and opportunities to engage with sales leaders and cross-functional partners support participants throughout the program. The program aims to strengthen the internal talent pipeline, support long-term retention, and prepare participants for placement into permanent sales or customer-facing roles. This early-career program is intended for recent college graduates interested in sales, customer engagement, or commercial leadership. Participants build foundational skills in consultative selling, customer communication, business acumen, and sales technology while learning how Dun & Bradstreet drives growth and delivers value to customers. After successful completion, associates may be eligible for a full-time role in Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, or a related commercial function.
