About The Position
The Senior Manager / Manager, DC Risk will lead the team responsible for managing the prevention, detection, and resolution of loss at Aritzia’s Distribution Centres. The role safeguards the security of Aritzia’s people, intellectual property, information, product, property, and financial assets. It ensures effective execution of DC risk management practices and identifies opportunities to improve them. The position works with Business Support partners to lead the department’s day-to-day function in support of corporate objectives, while supporting career development and a positive employee experience. The role also establishes Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management and safeguards its people, clients, communities, information, merchandise, physical assets, and financial assets.
Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
- Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
