Oscilar is looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Lead to join our growing Partnerships team. This role is the linchpin of our OEM and reseller motion. You will be responsible for both opening new partner relationships and, more importantly, building deep operational partnerships that drive consistent, compounding revenue. You’ll own a portfolio of large enterprise partners, working closely with partner AEs, solution architects, and executive stakeholders to drive joint pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand Oscilar’s footprint. This is a farming-heavy role, where success is measured by partner-sourced ARR and long-term partner performance.
