About The Position

The Enterprise Market Development Manager expands Precision Diagnostics’ enterprise reach by identifying, developing, and advancing strategic growth opportunities across health systems, IDNs, integrated healthcare networks, professional and patient-impact organizations, strategic partners, and other priority healthcare segments. This senior individual contributor builds relationships with executive, clinical, laboratory, financial, and strategic decision-makers; develops clinical, economic, and business value propositions; and creates enterprise partnerships and a scalable growth pipeline. The role works across Market Development, Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Medical/Clinical, Education, and other Thermo Fisher businesses to convert enterprise opportunities into actionable commercial initiatives. It is highly customer-facing and requires more than 50% travel across North America, including overnight travel. The role owns the development and progression of assigned enterprise market-development opportunities, from identifying opportunities and gaining executive access through business-case development, strategic alignment, partnership development, pipeline advancement, and activation of commercial resources. It does not replace established account ownership, provider adoption and utilization ownership, implementation and go-live execution ownership, or functional strategy and resource ownership held by other teams. Success includes growing enterprise partnerships and the opportunity pipeline, engaging new health systems and priority segments, developing and advancing executive relationships and business cases, expanding commercial reach, transitioning opportunities to activation, and achieving assigned strategic growth objectives.
