Enterprise IT Transition Senior Manager

Booz Allen Hamilton•McLean, VA
•$142,900 - $266,000

About The Position

Join Booz Allen as an Enterprise IT Transition Senior Manager and establish the CIO’s repeatable capability for technology due diligence, acquisition readiness, post-close integration, and transition services. Serve as the accountable M&A technology leader from early pipeline engagement through Day 1, stabilization, and the first months of integration. The role combines strategic capability leadership with hands-on IT program management to help the CIO execute integrations and divestitures faster, with clearer decision rights, less rework, and more predictable resource demands. When an M&A event is activated, serve as the IT Integration Program Manager, establishing governance, coordinating CIO resources, managing risks and decisions, and providing executive-level insight into progress, effort, dependencies, and completion. U.S. citizenship is required because of the nature of work performed within the facility. The position establishes and evolves the Enterprise IT Transition Management playbook and leads technology diligence, post-close planning, readiness, and integration execution. It also develops team members and drives improvements to the CIO operating model, governance, tools, and capacity for supporting concurrent integrations or divestitures. Booz Allen describes its compensation and benefits as including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits; paid leave; professional development; tuition assistance; work-life programs; dependent care; and recognition awards. The projected annualized compensation range is $142,900 to $266,000 USD. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in benefit programs; employees below that threshold are eligible only for select offerings.
