About The Position

The IT Infrastructure Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the transition of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. This role requires extensive experience in vendor management, previous transition management experience, and strong project management and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of enterprise wide tools by working with various teams within IT.
