About The Position

CTG is seeking an IT Transition Manager for a client. This remote position has a stated duration of three months. The manager will oversee IT transition planning and execution, including schedules, risks, deliverables, and coordination among project teams. The role supports continuity of IT services through knowledge transfer and applies ITIL processes, project management methodologies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The position requires experience managing complex IT transitions or service delivery projects, coordinating teams, managing risks, and meeting project milestones. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary is $37.00 to $40.00 per hour. A competitive benefits package is also offered.

Requirements

• Experience in IT transition and project management.
• Knowledge of ITIL, IT service delivery, and IT governance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management and IT service management tools.
• Experience managing complex IT transitions or service delivery projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage risks, and meet project milestones.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
