About The Position

The Enterprise FP&A Lead reports to the Head of Enterprise FP&A and partners with a Director of FP&A. The role owns ARR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on key metrics such as ARR, NRR, renewal rate, attainment, and capacity. It also provides strategic finance support across the organization, including support for pricing decisions. This position is part of the FP&A department and translates revenue data into actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

5+ years of top-line experience in SaaS.
Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday.
Demonstrated history of managing, developing, and improving ARR and revenue forecasting accuracy, and supporting projections with analytical rigor.
Ability to act as a trusted strategic finance partner to business leaders, evaluate ROI on new initiatives, and influence strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel and business systems, and ability to drive insights through data analysis to streamline financial reporting and processes.

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of ARR forecasting models incorporating capacity, attainment, pipeline data, and renewal data.
Generate monthly and quarterly SaaS metrics reports covering unit economics, NRR, renewal rates, and attainment against targets.
Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic finance initiatives and provide analytical support for pricing strategy and approvals.
Conduct variance analysis on actual versus forecast results and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Provide strategic finance support across the organization, including support for pricing decisions.
