FP&A Lead

HealthSnap
•$100,000 - $125,000•Remote

About The Position

The FP&A Lead is the analytical engine behind HealthSnap’s margin and profitability goals. The role turns operational, clinical, and contract data into clear decisions for the executive team and board, with direct exposure to senior leadership and ownership beyond reporting. The FP&A Lead joins a small existing finance team, reports to the Corporate Controller, and has broad scope and high visibility. The position builds and maintains gross margin models, tracks unit economics by patient and program, and partners with Operations, Clinical, and Supply Chain to identify and implement margin-improvement initiatives. It supports budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly management reporting, KPI packages, scenario analyses, and executive and board materials. The role also analyzes customer- and contract-level profitability, models proposed contract and pricing changes, and evaluates the economics of new care models such as APCM and agentification. The FP&A Lead works closely with the Corporate Controller to align actuals, close processes, and forecasts. The position is fully remote within the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; HealthSnap cannot provide employment-based visa sponsorship.
