About The Position

Spreetail is seeking a hands-on, player-coach Head of Enterprise FP&A to build and run company-wide financial planning. The role owns the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), reforecasts, and enterprise consolidation end to end. It is designed for a builder who will work directly in models, templates, and data while mentoring one direct report. Reporting to the VP of Finance & Data Management, the Head of Enterprise FP&A will design the planning calendar and consolidation framework, standardize reporting, and connect finance, executive leadership, and operational teams. This highly visible role will help elevate FP&A into a foundation for strategic decision-making by creating scalable systems that bring clarity, discipline, and speed to forecasting, planning, and decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
  • Experience running AOP and multi-year planning cycles end to end, from kickoff through executive readout.
  • Ability to align competing priorities across functions and keep teams moving toward a shared plan.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, and process rigor.
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to drive accountability at all levels, from analysts to executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth or complex environment where building structure was necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Own and run the full planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasts, and LRP, with clear timelines, project discipline, and executive-ready outputs.
  • Gather and pressure-test inputs from every function, and establish planning frameworks, assumptions, and milestones.
  • Create a single source of truth through standardized financial definitions and KPIs, global consolidation, and trusted enterprise reporting.
  • Design, document, and improve planning and reporting processes to replace manual work with scalable systems.
  • Work with executive leadership to translate financial insights into decisions and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.
  • Mentor and work alongside one direct report.

Benefits

  • Generous vacation policy and paid time off for a wedding week.
  • Paid parental leave and support for parents of growing families.
  • Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans with coast-to-coast coverage.
  • Free telehealth and on-demand mental health resources.
  • Paid time off for community and social-impact activities.
  • Annual milestone recognition, with opportunities for special gifts, swag store credit, or nonprofit donations.
  • Spreetail Spotlight Awards.
