About the position

The Customer Success Managers (CSMs) at Quiq play a crucial role in guiding customers on their business messaging journey. They have the opportunity to work with top brands, helping them leverage business messaging across channels and touchpoints. CSMs are responsible for managing customer onboarding, nurturing customer relationships, tracking customer health, leading strategic conversations, conducting success planning, educating and enabling customers, growing value, and fostering advocacy. Their ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth for Quiq.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer onboarding
  • Managing the customer relationship & journey
  • Tracking customer health
  • Leading business reviews and strategic conversations
  • Conducting Success Planning
  • Educating and enabling customers
  • Growing value
  • Fostering and activating advocacy
  • Implementing Customer Success strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and its potential in transforming businesses
  • Ability to work with world-class brands and guide them on using business messaging across channels and touchpoints
  • Proven track record in managing customer onboarding and setting expectations
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to proactively guide customers on continued value
  • Proficiency in tracking customer health and identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience in conducting strategic planning and review sessions with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to establish success metrics and hold teams accountable to achieve targets
  • Strong communication and training skills to educate and enable customers
  • Ability to assess feature maturity and recommend improvements and efficiencies
  • Proactive in identifying and managing customer requests for advocacy
  • Familiarity with implementing customer success strategies and frameworks
