Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers in government or highly regulated industries.
  • Technical proficiency in privacy and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC, FISMA, FIPS 140, DoW Impact Levels, or FedRAMP.
  • U.S. Citizenship, as the role requires work in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and defining go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and expansion of our FedRAMP and DoW cloud portfolio to open new addressable markets in federal government and regulated sectors.
  • Define the product roadmap and business strategy to ensure the Cisco Network Platform meets the complex needs of our public sector users.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to translate strict regulatory policies into intuitive, scalable product features.
  • Drive go-to-market and pricing strategies to accelerate market adoption and support our global sales team's growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evolve our compliance posture, ensuring we maintain the most sophisticated and user-friendly management platform in the industry.
