About The Position

Kasasa is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead development teams in creating new products and supporting existing technologies. The primary technology stack includes JAVA & PHP. This role requires a leader who can actively participate with developers and architects on a technical level, getting into code, reviewing designs, and performing code reviews when necessary. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Preferred in STEM).
Worked in both enterprise and consumer technologies.
Led development teams building software products for at least five years.
A minimum of at least 15 years of software engineering experience.
Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
Hybrid work model: at least three full workdays in the office each week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree is highly desired.
Experience with the financial services industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities
